TrackMax Terms of Service

1. Service Description and Acceptance of Terms

TrackMax is an educational tool designed to help users better understand and visualize their financial planning. By accessing or using TrackMax (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2.1 Educational Use Only

TrackMax is designed as an educational tool to help users better understand and visualize their financial planning. The Service is not intended to be used as the primary or sole source for tracking financial accounts, contributions, or tax-related information.

2.2 Not for Official Tracking

Users should NOT rely on this tool for official tracking of contribution room, tax obligations, or financial records. The Service is provided for educational and illustrative purposes only. Always verify important financial information with official sources (such as the Canada Revenue Agency for Canadian users) before making any financial decisions.

2.3 Canadian Residency Focus

This Service is optimized for Canadian residents and follows Canadian financial regulations. Non-residents using this Service are responsible for understanding and complying with their local tax laws and regulations. The Service's calculations and information are based on Canadian tax laws and may not be accurate for users outside of Canada.

2.4 Financial Information Limitations

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrackMax and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

4. No Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes through the Service interface or by email. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
